By continued use of the services of 2515c.net, I acknowledge that permission is granted to me the use of 2515c.net's Internet services according to the terms of this agreement. I understand that unauthorized use of 2515c.net's services includes, but is not limited to the following examples: illegal or criminal activities; sending or posting fraudulent or harassing electronic messages (including:"spamming," sending a message's content to an unreasonable number of mail addresses or message areas, as well as unsolicited mailing of commercial sales pitches;) posting messages to public message areas which violate any restriction in that area's charter or policy; use, attempted use, or possession in one's account of programs in order to shut down the system, defraud other customers, or gain unauthorized access to computers, networks, file areas or system privileges; taking abusive actions on IRC servers, such as cloning and running bots intended to take malicious action; running background processes of programs on your UNIX shell account while not logged in; having pictures depicting nudity in an 2515c.net WWW directory; placing files containing commercial software in file areas readable by the public. I understand that 2515c.net may immediately terminate my 2515c.net subscription at any time, and that 2515c.net can choose to deny any future access through its services. Account Limitations:
A Standard Account: provides 200 hours access per month. User who go over the standard time in the last half of the month may call our office and we will provide the user with a password for the rest of the month. Users who go over the 200 hours in the first half of the month need to get a life and another provider. A standard account is not to be used to run a server providing an information service over a user's modem connection, such as an FTP or WWW server.
Dedicated Service: provides unlimited service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via 56k through T-1 lines. Pricing varies depending on the type of connection desired. For more information on this type of service please telephone our office
Technical Support Polices:
2515c.net offers free technical support to assist customers with the setup and configuration of 2515c.net Internet accounts. This policy outlines acceptable use of the 2515c.net technical support resources 2515c.net phone-based technical support is available Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. outside those hours please try our number or our pager 920-529-0403. We generally provide support via pager 7 days a week from 7AM to 9PM. Phone based technical support is to be used when a customer requires assistance with problems involving the process of dialing into the system and establishing an Internet connection, as well as with problems concerning the sending and receiving of Internet E-mail. 2515c.net phone-based technical support is not to be used for questions regarding setting up or writing WWW pages, nor is it to be used for assistance on how to use any operating system, including (but not exclusive to) Windows, MacOS or UNIX. Other queries having to do with a customer's Internet connection, but not regarding a connection issue or an E-mail issue should be asked through our E-mail based technical support department. You can receive E-mail based technical support from our web pages click support from the main page. or through support (to ask a question through E-mail). E-mail messages are answered based on priority (mail regarding connection or system problems will be responded to prior to questions regarding setting up WWW pages), but most messages received by E-mail Technical Support will be responded to by the business day immediately after the day the message was sent. A customer calling phone-based technical support with a question not regarding a query about establishing the initial Internet connection or sending/receiving E-mail may be referred to the E-mail based technical support department for further assistance. 2515c.net offers carry in technical support at no charge and on-site support for a fee. 2515c.net does not offer FREE technical support for Internet connections to other providers, support for Internet services offered outside of 2515c.net, or any other problem not related to connecting to the Internet through 2515c.net. 2515c.net Technical Support also is unable to offer technical support for "alpha," "beta" or prereleasesoftware. While 2515c.net Technical Support will try to offer help with as many different software packages as possible, 2515c.net Technical support can only guarantee technical support for products or services sold directly by 2515c.net, Inc. 2515c.net is not responsible for the performance of services provided by organizations outside of 2515c.net: including the quality of a customer's phone lines, the speed of Internet connections not owned or operated by 2515c.net, the operation or reliability of any Internet server or computer not owned or operated by 2515c.net. 2515c.net offers free technical support to assist customers with the setup and configuration of 2515c.net Internet accounts.

Payment Terms: Minimum Payment Terms: All payments made in the form of cash must be hand delivered to: 2515 Dewey Street, Manitowoc, WI, 54220. Check or money order payments may be hand delivered or US Mailed to the above quoted address. Payments can also be made via credit card by telephoning our retail location in Manitowoc (920) 652-0403. We also offer "Pre-Authorized Auto Credit Card Payment," for more information of this option please contact our Internet Billing Department. It does not matter which plan you, the customer, choose. Please allow at least three working days for mail sent via the US Postal Service to reach us. Expiration Date Updates: When money for payment of an account is received by the 2515c.net Billing Department, the account will be updated or re-opened for the appropriate term which was paid unless previous arrangements have been made with the 2515c.net Billing Department.Personal accounts will receive an invoice via US Mail when payment is due ten days prior to the account expiration. If payments are not received for any 2515c.net services, those services will be disabled until such time as payment has been received. There will be no grace period without the authorization of the 2515c.net Billing Department. Returned Checks: If a check is returned for ANY REASON, a letter will be sent to the user in question informing them they have 10 days from the date quoted on the letter to redeem the check from our Billing Department. A $30 service charge will be added to the balance of said account. If the "IFS" check is not paid in full within the 10 day grace period 2515c.net may seek other legal means to collect the outstanding balance and Internet service will be terminated. Accounts Paid Using Authorized Auto Credit Card Payments: Expiration of Accounts Paid by Credit Card: For customers who's Internet accounts are paid by "Pre-Authorized Auto Credit Card Payment," the account will be open until such time as the customer chooses to close the account or the credit card is refused for any reason. When a customer's credit card expiration date changes, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify the 2515c.net Billing Department. Customers Who Pay Monthly: via the "Authorized Auto Credit Card Payment," method will not receive a receipt automatically. If you would like a receipt for any reason, please contact the 2515c.net Billing Department. The receipt will be mailed to your address of record. Customers Who Pay Quarterly: via a credit card will receive an invoice via US mail and will have 10 days to notify the 2515c.net Billing Department that the card holder requests be charged for another quarter on his credit card of record. Customers Who Pay Annually: via a credit card will receive an invoice via US Mail and will have 10 days to notify the 2515c.net Billing Department that the card holder requests be charged for another year on his credit card of record. The state requires us to charge 5% sales tax on all Internet transactions. New Account Activations: New accounts will be activated by the end of the day once one of the accepted methods of payment is received. Credit Card Declines: When the 2515c.net Billing Department receives notice that a credit card has been declined a charge from 2515c.net, the 2515c.net Billing Department will send an letter indicating that the credit card company has declined the charge, and that the account will be closed if 2515c.net does not receive a response. The customer has 10 days to respond. The preferred method of response is to send E-Mail to our billing department. Failure to respond within 10 days will result in the closing of the account. All credit card accounts will not be re-opened until the user makes payment arrangements with the 2515c.net Billing Department. For those charges that come back as "PICKUP CARD", indicating that the credit card that was charged has been reported lost, stolen, or extremely delinquent, the account linked with that credit card will be closed immediately. The account holder is required to contact the 2515c.net Billing Department by phone to make arrangements to reactivate your account should a charge be denied in this fashion. Refunds: 2515c.net DOES NOT offer refunds after your first week of service. If you are a new subscriber and are dis-satisfied with our service and 7 days has not past...2515c.net will gladly refund your money in the form of a company check. Sorry...the "one time" $10 account set up fee is not refundable. Although we do not offer refunds after the 7 day trail period 2515c.net will issue a user requesting cancellation a coupon worth the amount of unused time for future use. This coupon can be transferred to friends and/or family members if you choose. Company Accounts: Purchase Orders: Purchase orders will be needed to open an account with 2515c.net for the first time. No account will be set-up immediately unless a purchase order is received into the Billing Department. There is a minimum account term of three months. Expiration Date Updates: When payment is received in the 2515c.net Billing Department, the account will be updated or re-opened for the appropriate term which has been paid. Commercial Billing: 2515c.net will send an invoice via US Mail to all commercial/business customers at least one month prior to the account expiration. It would be appreciated if you could include the account number on your check stubs. This number can be found on the invoice. Payment must be received in the Billing Department before the account is set to expire.Any exceptions to this policy are at the discretion of the 2515c.net Business Account Manager. Companies Receiving Multiple Services: Any company that has five (5) or more internet accounts, email accounts, virtual web sites, etc. will be billed so as to have a uniform expiration date for all of these services. Setup Fees: Companies that request a mail option, domain name, or dedicated line service will receive an invoice for a one time set-up charge along with the options that were chosen. Set up charges for the dedicated line will need to be paid in advance due to the expense involved in setting up a dedicated line. All other options will be put on your first invoice. Notice: 2515c.net reserves the right the change these rules and policies as they see fit for any reason without notice! Changes to these rules and policies will be up-dated on this page as changes are made. 2515c.net will not notify individuals of any changes.
