 Telephone Support: "We Can't Help You If You Don't Call Us!"
 2515c.net offers telephone Internet support Monday through Saturday 8am to 9pm and Sunday 9am to 6pm by calling (920) 652-0403 during normal business hours.
House Call Support: 
If one of our Internet technicians can't seem to solve your problem over the phone, and he/she feels it would be better, a 2515c.net Internet technician will come to your home/business FREE of charge. Sometimes new computer users are less comfortable being a Internet technicians eyes. For this reason sometimes it is better for the Internet technician to physically be in front of the computer that is having problems. For more information please give us a call. 
 Free Configuration Setups:

If you are new to 2515c.net and/or are setting up a new computer to connect to the Internet and are frustrated...2515c.net offers FREE computer configurations if you bring your computer in to our Manitowoc retail location (see address and map below). For more information please give us a call.

Please have the following information available and be at your computer so we can better help you!

  • User Name: The first part of your email address before the @ sign.
  • Your Password: You selected a password to access the Internet...we will need this to help solve any problem you might be having.
  • Operating System: Please inform us what operating system (please include the version) you are running on your computer. I.E. Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Windows 98 second edition, or possibly Windows ME 2000.
  • Preferred Browser: Please inform us to what software manufactures browser and email software you use (please include the version number too!) I.E. Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 & Outlook Express or possibly Netscape 6.0.
  • Modem and/or Connection Type: Please inform us to what type of connection you use to connect to the Internet. I.E. Rockwell 56k v.90 modem, Multitech ISDN 128k modem, etc.
  • Error Messages: Please write down or "print screen" the error message(s) so we can better understand what you are experiencing.
  • Log Time The Problem Occurs: Please write down the time the problem occurred and let us know if you have seen a pattern to the occurrences. I.E. I never seem to be able to connect to the Internet between the hours of 5pm and 8pm, during the week.
